Yes. The video consultation is free and there is no obligation to move forward. If treatment is recommended, we will explain the next step before you book an in-person visit.
What can I use the consult for?
You can ask about tooth pain, cosmetic dentistry, implants, clear aligners, emergency concerns, second opinions, insurance, or whether an in-person appointment makes sense.
Do I need to turn my camera on?
Camera is helpful if you have a visible concern, but it is not required. If you would rather talk through your question, that is completely fine.
What if I need treatment after the consult?
We will walk you through what may be involved and help you decide whether an in-person appointment makes sense. Direct insurance billing is available if you move forward with treatment.
Can I use the consult for a second opinion?
Yes. If you have questions about a treatment plan, a dental concern, or what another provider recommended, a video consultation can help you understand your options.
What if I am not a current TOOTHbar patient?
That is completely fine. Many people use a video consultation to decide whether TOOTHbar is the right fit before booking an in-person appointment.
Can I get a prescription during the call?
A dentist can talk through what you are experiencing and recommend the safest next step. Some concerns still require an in-person exam before treatment or prescriptions can be provided.
